GGP Consulting, LLC
Independent counsel for decisions that carry weight.
GGP Consulting is an independent advisory practice. We work alongside leadership teams and boards that require objective analysis, structured judgment, and discretion — particularly when the stakes are high and the path forward is not obvious.

An independent practice, by design.

GGP Consulting, LLC is an advisory practice built around a single premise: that leadership decisions improve when they are examined by someone with no stake in the outcome other than getting the reasoning right.
We exist to give leadership a source of counsel that is free of the commercial incentives, cross-selling pressures, and institutional conflicts that quietly shape advice inside larger organizations. What we offer is not scale — it is judgment, focus, and the discipline to say what we believe to be true.
Every matter receives senior attention from beginning to end. There is no layer between the people you engage and the people who do the work, and no interest competing with yours. We keep our commitments deliberately narrow so that each one receives the attention it requires.
When a question falls outside what we can responsibly address, we say so. We regard that candor as part of the service, not a limitation of it.
Independent
No products, no mandates, no conflicts.
Senior-led
Direct attention on every engagement.
Confidential
Discretion held as a standard, not a promise.
Guiding principles
A small firm earns trust through the standards it holds, not the size it projects. These principles govern every engagement.
Independence
We hold no positions, sell no products, and answer to no mandate other than the interests of the organization we advise. Our only incentive is to be correct — which is the one incentive that reliably serves a client.
Structured judgment
We bring explicit frameworks to ambiguous questions, mapping options, trade-offs, and second-order effects so that decisions rest on reasoning that can be examined, challenged, and defended.
Discretion
Our work is confidential by default. Sensitive matters are handled quietly, records are kept accordingly, and nothing about an engagement is disclosed without explicit consent.
Where we concentrate
We are not generalists. We concentrate on a small number of situations where an independent perspective measurably changes the quality of a decision.
Strategic decisions
Evaluating growth options, capital priorities, and long-term direction when the choice is consequential and the internal view is divided.
Corporate & transaction review
Independent assessment of initiatives, structures, and proposed transactions — examined on their own terms and stress-tested against realistic alternatives.
Complex, time-sensitive matters
Focused support through critical transitions, contested questions, and moments that demand clear thinking under pressure.
How we work
Every engagement is defined narrowly, executed rigorously, and communicated plainly. We would rather do one thing precisely than many things approximately.
Defined mandate
We begin by agreeing on the exact question, the scope of the work, and the standard by which the result will be judged. Clarity at the outset protects the value of everything that follows.
Independent analysis
We gather evidence, test assumptions, and evaluate options through structured analysis — reasoning from first principles rather than convention, and following the facts wherever they lead.
Executive communication
We deliver conclusions in plain language: what we found, what we believe it means, and where we remain uncertain. The objective is a better-informed decision, not a longer document.
“The value of counsel is not measured by how much is said, but by how clearly it can be trusted.”
Most organizations do not lack information. They lack an outside view they can rely on — one with no stake in the outcome beyond getting the reasoning right. That is the role an independent advisor is meant to play.
It is also the standard we hold ourselves to. We would rather return a narrow, well-founded answer than a broad, comfortable one, and we measure our work by the quality of the decisions it supports.
Begin a confidential conversation.
If you are weighing a decision where an independent perspective would help, we welcome a direct inquiry. Initial conversations are confidential and carry no obligation.
Written inquiries are reviewed directly by the firm. Formal correspondence is maintained through our registered office in Delaware.
